Recurring Service Type

You can create a Recurring Service Type Template for customer under membership plan.

Why this feature is used?

Recurring service types are created  for tasks that must be completed on a regular basis. Businesses that provide regular maintenance, inspections, or service contracts should pay particular attention to these.

Use Cases

Some of the use cases are as follows:

1. Preventive Maintenance:  To prevent breakdowns regular maintenance required.

2. Service Contracts: To fulfill ongoing service agreements.

3. Inspection and Compliance: Regular safety checks and quality inspection.

The Recurring Service Types can be created Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Yearly as per the service agreement.

If you want to create a new Recurring Service Type Template then click Add New. The following popup window will open.

Details

Name: Enter a specific name for the Recurring Service Type Template

Description: Enter a brief description for the Recurring Service Type Template

Schedule Settings

Repeat Every: Put numerical value of the year or month or weak as per you will select the recurrence.

Select Recurrence: Select year or month or weak as required

OR

No of Visit/Select Recurrence: You can simply enter the number of visit or select recurrence.

Job Description

Enter a job description. You can check grammar or translate the job description.

Charges

Under Charges you can select discount scheme if available on Service/Labour and on Item/Part.

Now save the Recurring Service Type. After saving you will be able to view in the Select Recurring Service Type Template drop down in Membership menu.
