Stock Valuation Report

What This Report Does:‎

Generates a list of your current inventory stock and its total value.

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

Location – Filter you results by the item’s current inventory location

Cost – Filter your results by 4 cost parameters: Average, Last, Purchase, and Replacement

Item Type – Filter your results by whether or not the item is serialized (Serial) or non serialized (Parts)

Exclude Zero & Less – Use this toggle to exclude all items from the report that have a quantity of zero or lower.

Once satisfied with your selections, click Run Report to continue.

Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

Inventory Location – Displays the item’s current inventory location

Quantity On Hand – Displays the current quantity for this item

Average Cost – Displays the average cost of the item since creation within the system

Total Value – Displays the total quantitive value of the item

Brand/Make – Displays the item’s assigned brand and manufacturer

Item Number – Displays the item’s assigned number

Description – Displays the text within the item’s Description field

Product Family – Displays the item’s assigned product family

Product Detail – Displays the item’s assigned product detail

Bin Location – Displays the item’s current bin location
